For all the cyclists, bikers out there, pull out your bikes and brace yourself for yet another fun ride- Chandigarh’s Cyclothon 2018.

With the motive to promote Cycling as the best exercise, Chandigarh Cyclothon’18 aims to spread the word- Conserve Fuel & Stay Fit!

And do you think this is any other cycling or casual race? Nope… It isn’t. It will amaze you with participation categories that tag along. That’s right… The whole Cyclothon will strike a wonder once you get to know it… It’s time to show the world your biking skills and contribute to a pollution-free Chandigarh.

MTB Gang- The Race MTB

This race is for 18 years+ with MTB bikes. It’s a Timed Race that stretches for 50 KMS. All you need is to battle against time and complete the course within the stipulated time.

For the Winners

For the riders that finish 1^st -25000/- (Male/Female)

For the riders that finish 2^nd- 15,000/- (Male/Female)

For the riders that finish line 3^rd-10,000/- (Male/Female)

Medals for winners and Certificates for all participants who complete in stipulated time.

Road Bikers- Race Road / Hybrid

This race is for 18 years+ with Hybrid/ Road Bikes. It’s a Timed Race that stretches for 50 KMS. All you need is to battle against time and complete the course within the stipulated time.

For the Winners

For the riders that finish 1st -25000/- (Male/Female)

For the riders that finish 2nd- 15,000/- (Male/Female)

For the riders that finish line 3rd-10,000/- (Male/Female)

Medals for winners and Certificates for all participants who complete in stipulated time.

Masti Bikers- GREEN RIDE

This category invites riders/bikers from all walks of life. The ride stretches 7.5 km. It’s a Non Competitive and Non-Timed Ride with 1 lap of a circuit through the heart of Chandigarh.

10 Lucky winners to win a cash prize of Rupees 10,000/- each.

Certificate of Participation for all who complete the lap.

For the Special Champions- DIVYANG RIDE

This category is open to individuals with physical/ locomotors disorder, intellectual impairment, hearing impairment, orthopedic or neurological disorder and others. Again a Non-Competitive and Non Timed ride that stretches for 5 Km with 1 Lap of a circuit through the heart of Chandigarh.

Gift Hampers worth Rupees 1,000 /- for all participants

Certificate of Participation for all to complete the lap.

The Clubbers Gang- Club Riders

Something’s different this time.

The Dedicated Cycling Clubs across the country are invited to ride for a cause. The Club that gets the maximum of the Cyclists on board qualifies to win the cash prize. All you need is to choose from the above-mentioned categories, register and make way to ride the marathon.

For the Winners

The Club that achieves the highest riders gets (1^st prize)- 25000/-

The Club that achieves the second highest riders gets (2^nd prize) - 15,000/-

The Club that achieves the third highest riders (3^rd prize)- 10,000/-

Certificate of Participation for all who complete the race in the chosen race category.

The 9-5’s- Corporate Riders

The Office darlings and their respective Companies within the city are invited to ditch their 8-hour shift and burn the fat.

The corporate house with maximum employee participants will win a Memento of Appreciation from the Chandigarh Administration.
