And that is how his journey of culinary converted professionally, gave eight to nine years of rigorous hard training of understanding what food is, he turned into a chef. After that started as consultant chef in how to run restaurants cafés and training of their Staff, From scratch to running profit making ventures.

Being trained in Mexican and Italian cuisine and Sweet delicacies he started his own Ventures like Bakers Dozen, Justa Pasta, Khao Momo, Kacchi Yeqni Biryani (Also Know As Talli Biryani).He is a fearless chef who has given a good 16 years to this industry and love to play with flavours and curate unique recipes for food lovers.
