Introduction: Tempera colors are water-soluble paints that versatile and easy to use. It can be worked from dark light and you can paint in white areas. Since it contains a lot of pigment, it is thick and opaque, like acrylic paints. But, unlike acrylics, which once dry can’t be reworked, tempera colors allows you to return days later and alter the paint. As we move forward, you'll see how absolutely fun, versatile, and forgiving this medium is.

What You Will Learn: In this 2-hour workshop, we'll be taking you through my process of painting with very simple tempera colors. These inexpensive paints have so much hidden power in them which we will explore in this short course. We will paint some beautiful orange branches. You can follow along and paint your own branches and also add your own tweaks to it.

Materials Needed: 1. Basic Set of 6 Tempera paints (available at any stationery shop for Rs 10) 2. Paintbrushes- Round 0, 4 3. Thick watercolor paper 4. One A4 sheet (Few extra plains or normal paper for practicing) 5. Pencil 6. Eraser 7. Plate or palette to mix colors 8. Water container 9. Old cloth or rag
