Wellbeing is the most crucial aspect of life. Taking risks with our health can harm our physical, mental and social well-being. Our dream project- Mission Fit Chandigarh focuses on maintaining the overall welfare of Chandigarh city through yoga, meditation, diet, and wellness talks & activities. The ultimate goal is to spread health awareness in Tricity and to make Chandigarh India’s first stress-free city. H2ORIGIN brings you this volunteer movement to encourage and make the city aware of stress management and make it stress-free through various health activities and programmes being conducted on a regular basis.
They are conducting a WALKATHON Series-1, (Walk Against Stress) in Chandigarh on 7th April 2019 to celebrate the WORLD HEALTH DAY.
