The wait is finally over, here we are with complete details of upcoming event "Aagaz" organized under "Zindagi-The Birth of Creativity", which is an organization that serves people who are in need and provides a platform to talented artists around us.

Here are the basic rules for both participants and audience who wants to join us on this event.

1. Registrations for participants as well as audience are open from now onwards. Both participants and audience will have to complete online form with payment to become eligible for participation in the event.

2. There are two separate forms for Participants and audience. The aim for keeping two forms is that, participants which will not be shortlisted for performance can fill the audience form and get a chance to perform on stage with official selected participants.

3. Audience form is also applicable for the people who just want to attend the event as audience and do not desire to perform. Whereas on the spot registrations for audience will also be there.

4. We have 15 slots for our official performers. Participation fee is ₹50 (after the final confirmation and selection from our side). Participants can register themselves till 25th March 2018 by filling this online form and we will be shortlisting those who have registered with some of the best content.

5. People desiring to grab a seat at the venue along with Participants who will not be able to make it in official performers are suggested to fill this audience form and complete it along with a payment of ₹100 as we will be providing a chance to audience as well for the performance. The last date of filling this form is 5th April 2018.

6. Filling & completing the payment process of audience form is compulsory for those who want to become eligible for a chance to perform in the event on or before 5 pm, 5th April 2018. Whereas, on the spot registrations for audience will also be there but who have registered and filled audience form as per the above rules will get a chance to perform.

7. Filling online forms and completing the payment process within provided time period will only make you eligible for your participation in the event. No registrations for participants will be accepted after 5 pm, 25th March 2018. 8. Each performer will have to report at the venue sharp at 10.15 am and audience is also advised to report at 10.45 am. So that you can enjoy the event from the beginning till the end.

9. There will be no change in the order of performances after the release of final list of performances and order of performance.

10. Contents that participants submit can be in any language, like English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu etc.

11. Each performer will have to stick to a time limit of 5 minutes.

12. You can perform a poem, song or storytelling, written or composed by you.

POINTS TO BE NOTED:

1. We will have a box that will contain chits with the name of people those who have registered as an audience through filling audience form and wished to perform.

2. We will randomly select any one chit form the box after every three official performances, the person whose name is on the chit will get a chance to perform in front of all with a time limit of 5 minutes.

3. The process will continue after every 3 official performances. As there are in total 15 official performances i.e. 5 people from the audience will get a chance to perform along with our official performers.

4. There will also be a donation box at the event in which anyone can donate some amount which will be used to serve Humanity. Whereas, a portion of the amount that will be collected from audience and participants will also be used for a great cause.
