Big B’???? No, not Mr. Bachchan, it’s Mr. Premchan(d). It’s the ‘IND-lish’ and ‘Comic’ version of the latter’s celebrated short-story ‘Bade Bhai Saheb’.

Its the first of its kind …the first ever in ‘Broken English’. Savor it:It’s about two Hindi-speaking brothers polishing each other’s English. They are the ‘studious’ Kamta Prasad and the ‘sporty’ Samta Prasad. Thus the the play also revolves around History & Hockey, Geography & Gulli Danda and Chemistry & Cricket.

In addition…. Well! The rest needs to be seen and laughed atThe play features some of the prominent talents of the country; including Tanay Tarney, Hemank Soni and Dr M Sayeed Alam.The play has been scripted and directed by Dr M Sayeed Alam and Niti Phool, reputed for their penchant for Humorous, Historical and Historic plays.

Last but not the least, the play is produced by Pierrot’s Troupe - the theater company credited with giving many new, original and entertaining productions to Hindi, Urdu and English Theatre: Ghalib In New Delhi, Maulana Azad, Big B, Ghalib, K L Saigal, Sons of Babur, Ghalib Ke Khat, Shah Jahan –O- Mumtaz, Sir Iqbal, Pakistan Aur Alzheimer’s, To Gandhi Ji With Spelling Mistakes, Raja Nahar Singh, Dagh Dehlvi, Mohan Se Mahatma, The Tale Of Quarles etc.
