Kareena Kapoor and husband Saif Ali Khan blessed with a baby boy, Taimur!

On Monday, Saif said in a press release, "To have a child now completes us. There is something about a baby that is kind of half mine and half of hers, so, it's a nice feeling." And in a statement released shortly after their baby’s birth, the couple said: "We are very pleased to share with you all the wonderful news about the birth of our son: Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, on the 20th of December 2016. We would like to thank the media for the understanding and support they have given us over the last 9 months, and of course especially our fans and well wishers for their continued affection. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all."

Entire Kapoor and Khan family were present when Kareena was wheeled in for the delivery. Kareena’s father Randhir Kapoor also shared: "We are delighted. We are so happy. The baby is fine and so is Kareena. All of us are absolutely delighted"

Meanwhile, Karan Johar in a tweet congratulated the B-Town power couple on their little bundle of joy and also shared the baby’s name before anyone else.

Kareena has been very active throughout her pregnancy, giving everyone maternity fashion goals. She walked the ramp for Sabyasachi at the Lakme Fashion Week some months ago, was spotted about town last week.
