Join Zen Doodling Online Workshop With Madhuri on 25 Sep from 7 PM Onwards. Do you want to get lost in creating art while also practicing mindfulness and increasing focus? Zentangle doodling is a relaxing form of art therapy that's easy to pick up and fall in love with.
What is expected? In this guided session, participants will first be introduced to zen doodling. We will then together explore different structured patterns and I will take them through a step by step guide of how to bring these structured patterns together to build a beautiful masterpiece of their own. It will be an interactive session where I'll answer all their doubts and queries regarding this form of art and also on how they can take this forward and benefit from its therapeutic nature.
